Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

:

Delivers packages and parcels to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

Targeted delivery everyday - Min 30 packages deliveries

Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with customers.

Reviews and verifies airway bill/delivery notes to ensure accuracy.

Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.

Contacts customers to confirm delivery details.

Determines placement of parcels, follows safety and lifting protocols during deliveries, and conducts safety reviews.

Maintains delivery logs and records.

Desired candidate profile

:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or transportation preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; familiarity with local traffic regulations is essential.

Proficiency in using GPS and navigation apps to optimize delivery routes and ensure efficiency.

Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Dependability and punctuality are critical; candidates must demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for communicating with diverse customers.
