Operate delivery pick up to transport mattresses and related products to customers' locations according to scheduled routes.
Ensure the safe loading and unloading of products, securing them appropriately for transport.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, including customer signatures and receipts.
Communicate effectively with the dispatcher and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and handle any customer inquiries or issues professionally.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and experience operating delivery trucks.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a delivery driver role preferred.
Strong customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries positively and professionally.
Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items as required.
Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
25 to 35 years old.
