Role and Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently transport goods and packages to designated locations within specified timeframes. Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation of items. Plan delivery routes using GPS navigation and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delivery times. Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers courteously, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on delivery status. Maintain delivery records and logs, including proof of delivery and any discrepancies or incidents encountered during delivery.
