The Delivery Driver at Enaya Carpet LLC is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of carpets and related products to customers, showrooms, and project sites. The role includes loading, unloading, handling carpets carefully, and ensuring excellent customer service while representing the company.
Delivery schedules may vary depending on business requirements and customer availability.
Key Responsibilities
Safely drive company vehicles to deliver carpets to customers, showrooms, and project locations.
Load and unload carpets and rugs carefully to avoid damage.
Assist in basic placement of carpets at customer locations when required.
Ensure accurate delivery by checking invoices, delivery notes, and customer signatures.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle.
Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions;
delivery times may vary based on operational needs.
Handle carpets with care, especially handmade and premium rugs.
Report delivery issues, damages, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor immediately.
Assist warehouse staff with packing, organizing, and stock movement when needed.
Comply with UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
Maintain a professional and polite attitude with customers at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid UAE light vehicle driving license.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a delivery driver (experience with carpets, furniture, or home furnishing is an advantage).
Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry carpets.
Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Honest, reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Delivery times may vary, including evenings, weekends, or extended hours depending on operational and customer requirements.
Work involves lifting and manual handling.
