Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving and possess strong driving skills, including familiarity with box trucks and manual transmission vehicles. You will be expected to load and unload products, navigate routes efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.

Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload products using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Navigate assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Handle heavy lifting and moving of goods as required during loading and unloading processes. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, particularly with loading and unloading goods. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Experience using forklifts and pallet jacks for loading/unloading tasks is advantageous. Excellent driving record with valid driver's license; must be able to pass background checks as required. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the workday. Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per hour
