Job Responsibilities:
Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address any issues or delays.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
Ensure all delivery documentation, reports, and feedback are completed accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, service reports, and client interactions.
Support post-delivery activities, including follow-ups, issue resolution, and customer feedback collection.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,375.00 per month
