Job Description
:
Coordinate daily food deliveries from the cloud kitchen Assign and track delivery orders with delivery partners/riders Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order readiness Handle delivery-related issues, delays, or customer complaints Maintain delivery records and daily reports
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in delivery coordination or logistics (F&B experience preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel or order management systems
