Job Description

Delivery:

Safely and efficiently transport fruit and vegetable orders to customer locations within designated timeframes.

Order management:

Verify order accuracy before delivery and confirm recipient details upon drop-off.

Customer service:

Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and handle any complaints.

Payment and paperwork:

Accept payments for delivered goods, maintain transaction records, and get customer signatures as needed.

Vehicle maintenance:

Perform routine checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working order and refueled.

Safety and compliance:

Adhere to all road safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies.

Problem-solving:

Report any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly and look for alternative routes to avoid traffic.

Stock management:

Rotate stock, ensuring older items are used first, and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
