Job Description

Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field of Joinery, Interior,Fit out, Designing and Decoration.

(but not limited to):

. Oversee the entire operation of the company . Accountable for the overall approval and finality of works and projects . Discussing and taking approval from senior management when necessary . Direct Projects Tendering and all relative works . Attending Consultant's meeting . Planning, goal setting and ensuring new jobs are taking place . Reviewing and signing of contracts . Directly coordinating with customers if there is a special requirement. . Handling various works in different sectors such as ministry, school, health care centers, national houses, private facilities, hotels, multi storey buildings, warehouses, villas etc. . Approving and finalizing of various decoration works such as: bedroom sets, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, handrails etc., and as per the requirements of the clients . Reviewing and approving of quotations, POs and all related works in SAP . Point of Contact of Project Manager, Staff, Customers, Accounts, Supplier & CEO. . Approving of projects budget. . Monitoring the site/work on going Projects. . Following up of progress and programs. . Following up of invoice and payments receive/ Statement of Account. . Following up of what materials needed in the site. . Responsible for approving staff leave request . Conducting timely performance evaluations . Assessing of company requirements for appointing new workers and staff . Supporting problem solution and decision-making . Monitoring and controlling expenses and budgets . Reporting income results to senior management . Dealing with performance problems and termination . Conducting department meetings to ensure goals are being met . In charge in all staff related matters including: hiring of staff, proper staff allocation and attendance, approval of increment and cancellation request, issuing of memo for labors and staff. . Attending Client's meeting for the prospective Projects . Decision making for the final price/discount of the quotation . Monitoring and checking in the progress of the Production Team *Other functions depend on project requirements and upon request of senior management.
