Role Description

We are seeking a

Decor Accessories & Stylist

who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about design. This role is responsible for selecting, sourcing, and styling decorative accessories that complement each project's narrative, material palette, and design vision.

You will play a key part in the final look and feel of guestrooms, villas, lobbies, lounges, and other interior spaces by curating objects, textiles, books, sculptures, florals, and accent pieces. The ideal candidate has a refined eye for colour, scale, and composition, and enjoys turning design concepts into polished, real-world installations.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that involves both creative development and practical procurement/styling execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Sourcing & Styling

Curate and source accessories aligned with each project's design concept, narrative, and budget Work with designers and art consultants to develop cohesive styling schemes for hospitality and residential spaces Prepare mood boards, selection sheets, and visually clear presentation materials

Supplier Coordination & Procurement

Coordinate with suppliers to gather samples, pricing, and production details Support the development of accessory catalogues, procurement lists, and installation guides

Onsite Styling

Plan and oversee onsite styling installations Ensure all accessories are placed accurately, professionally, and in line with approved layouts Adjust styling as needed on-site to enhance composition, balance, and spatial flow

Skills & Experience

Required

Strong eye for design, colour, scale, balance, and materiality Experience in styling, visual merchandising, interior decoration, or art consultancy Good understanding of accessory types, materials, and fabrication quality Confident working with suppliers and handling small procurement tasks Ability to balance creative styling with practical considerations (durability, maintenance, safety) -- especially for hospitality projects Proficient in preparing simple presentations, moodboards, and visual layouts
