The Role:

The Decolonization Journey Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their decolonization processes. This position involves collaborating with diverse teams to develop strategies that promote inclusivity and cultural sensitivity.

Facilitate workshops and discussions on decolonization. Develop tailored strategies for organizations. Conduct research and analysis on decolonization practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the decolonization journey. Team Structure: You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including cultural advisors, project managers, and organizational leaders.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of educational background and practical experience in decolonization and related fields.

Experience in cultural studies or social justice. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams. Project management experience. Education: A degree in social sciences, humanities, or a related field is preferred.
