Decision Support Coordinator should be a graduate of economics, statistics, or business administration, information system, you will be responsible for facilitating the provision of data-driven insights and analyses to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments and museums, managing data analysis projects, and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of decision support services. The Decision Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in optimizing business processes through the effective use of data.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Insights
Coordinate with teams across the organization to understand their decision support needs.
Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights and present findings to stakeholders.
Analyzing the data with the objective of uncovering meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
Reviewing different proposals and scope of work from different companies to recommend the options to QM CEO
Data analysis and models using specific tools and techniques.
Provides data-driven insights for decision-making like average visits and average Learning and Outreach activities in QM which would help support strategic planning.
2. Data Presentation
Create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate information for decision support.
Create high-level and confidential presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
3. Data Reporting and Visualization
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
Ensure data reporting aligns with organizational goals and supports decision-making.
Reviewing all different data reports from IM and AA sections, different departments to generate recommendations and data driven insights to support strategic decision making.
4. Collaboration
Work closely with departments to integrate decision support into their business processes.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Data Quality and Evaluation
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used in decision support activities.
Implement quality control measures to maintain data integrity.
Continuously monitoring and evaluating data to inform decision-making processes
6. Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance decision support processes.
Coordinate with teams to implement improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Documentation
Maintain documentation related to decision support processes, methodologies, and reports.
Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date for reference.
8. Research
Continuously research resources and benchmarks to study the local, global, and international museums market and compare it to QM outcomes.
9. Additional Task
Perform additional tasks as assigned by line manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:Proven experience in decision support, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for conveying insights to diverse audiences.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Statistics, business administration, information system or a related field .
