Job Description

General Role



Provides analytical support to government leadership by evaluating data, forecasting outcomes, and guiding strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct scenario analysis and predictive modeling for policy planning.

Prepare decision briefs and impact assessments for executive review.

Integrate financial, operational, and strategic data into decision models.

Support inter-ministerial working groups with analytical expertise.

Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements.

Required Experience



Minimum 15+ years of experience in decision support or strategic analysis, including at least 3 years in a role within a Qatari government entity within the State of Qatar.

Experience in building and validating decision models using financial, operational, and strategic data.

Proficiency in planning tools and techniques.

Background in economic modeling or cost-benefit analysis for government-funded initiatives.

Experience in crisis management analytics or contingency planning.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive-level briefings.

Familiarity with integrated planning systems and enterprise performance management tools.

Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
