Job Description

BlackStone eIT is looking for an innovative and experienced Decision Intelligence Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing cutting-edge products that leverage decision intelligence to drive strategic choices and enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and impactful user-centered design solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of users in the context of decision intelligence applications. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define product requirements and design specifications. Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and best practices for decision intelligence products. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing to ensure optimal user experience. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in decision intelligence and design. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in decision intelligence or data-driven applications. Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a user-centered design approach. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Familiarity with decision intelligence concepts and technologies is a plus.
