YOUR ROLE
- Achieve debt collection target through rigorous visits to customers
- Collection and submission of cheques
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Send out due notices for delinquent accounts or for missed settlement payments
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding incorrect debt collection attempts
- Compile reports on delinquent accounts and report missed payments to collection team
- Maintains up-to-date customer contact information in the collections systems.
- 0-2 years of experience in debt collection
- Exposure & knowledge of basic Accounting
- Excellent communication and people skills
- MS office Skills
- Strong proficiency in English & Arabic language required
- Willing to work & commute to Umm Al Quwain
