Job Description
We are looking for a
motivated Arabic-speaking Debt Collector
who can perform both office-based collections andfield visits to clients' locations
. The candidate must have avalid UAE driving license
and be willing to travel as part of the role.Responsibilities:
Collect outstanding debts via calls and in-person field visits. Ensure timely recovery of payments. Negotiate settlements professionally and respectfully. Maintain accurate records of all collections and client interactions. Prepare collection reports for management. Escalate unresolved cases appropriately.
Requirements:
Arabic fluency required. Valid UAE
driving license
. Previous experience in debt collection preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and travel for field visits. Knowledge of UAE debt collection laws and compliance standards.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
