We Are Hiring - Debt Collection Officers (UAE Experience Required)
We are seeking self-motivated and experienced Debt Collection Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in the UAE handling personal loans, credit cards, and other retail banking products, with strong skills in negotiation, repayment restructuring, and customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact delinquent customers regarding overdue loans and credit cards.
Negotiate repayment terms and offer restructuring solutions where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams and banks to ensure timely case resolution.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Handle sensitive financial cases with professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of debt collection experience in the UAE, specifically with loans and credit cards.
Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations, debt recovery processes, and collection strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English preferred).
Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet targets.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
