With state of the art Campus' based in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The school caters for students from KG to Grade 12, facilities are plentiful and the spacious campus is split into KG, Primary and High school boys and girls; there are 2725 students on roll with the majority of Arabic origin (95% are Emirati). Students are encouraged to become critical thinkers through a curriculum which has been designed to develop students skills and develop the awareness required to become responsible and productive citizens of their own society and the world community.

Role:

The Dean of Students' role is to provide support to the Academic management team of the Girl's School to ensure the use of effective behavior management strategies to implement the school's student Code of Conduct. The Dean will also be a primary communicator of student information between the school and home (parent).

The Dean of Students' will work directly with the Head of School and/or Principal on the implementation, management and administration of resources to maintain a healthy, safe school and learning environment for students and staff.

The Dean of Students supervises staff in relation to behavior management supervision during breaks, before and after school and during and between classes, and will with Principals and Heads of Schools in identifying and supporting teachers who need extra assistance. Requirements:

• Applicants must be female in line with UAE laws as working in the girls school
• Qualified teacher with a minimum of three years of licensed teaching experience and/or one prior year in a leadership role in an educational setting
• Able to communicate in both English and Arabic is an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Able to facilitate and model cooperative student and adult behaviour focused on the achievement of goals
• Able to develop and implement a philosophy of teamwork
