A fast-growing car buying company with a no-nonsense approach to buying and selling cars is looking for a
Dealer Relationship Manager (DRM)
who can move fast, negotiate smart, and build a powerful dealer network that drives results.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow relationships with local car dealers and export buyers across the UAE.
Build and maintain a comprehensive dealer list.
Negotiate competitive resale prices on acquired vehicles.
Share detailed inspection reports with buyers via multi-device platforms.
Ensure timely dealer payments and handle objections professionally.
Onboard new dealers to increase sales velocity and coverage.
Report directly to the General Manager.
Work hand-in-hand with our purchasers and sales team to ensure fast, profitable car turnover.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in car trading, dealer networking, or automotive sales in the UAE.
Street-smart attitude with sharp negotiation and communication skills.
Organized and fast on the phone - you must follow up, close, and move on.
Familiarity with car types, market pricing, and documentation (RTA, transfer fees, etc.).
Ability to work under pressure in a high-speed environment.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus).
