As Dealer Relationship Executive for Ottobay.com Jobs, your role is for driven sales professionals who are eager to excel and be goal and target driven. You will build and maintain sales cycle for private and used car dealers and related automotive businesses.

In this role, you will:

  • Build relationships with new and used cars dealers by providing the highest quality customer service in the industry.
  • Effectively manage and market assigned dealer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing, and volume objectives
  • Maintain a log of dealer visits and dealer feedback.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and margins.
  • Design dealer segregation.
  • Ensure all dealers are active on the platform.
  • Negotiate well and ensure to achieve the highest margins for the company.
  • Meeting all dealers weekly to build a strong relationship.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing sales.
  • Prospect potential customers using various methods such as cold calling and face to face meeting.
  • Qualify prospects against product, service, and company's requirements.
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of proposed packages that would suit their needs.
  • Draft and deliver proposals via email as well as a high level of pitching techniques.
  • Keep detailed notes on prospects for lead management in our CRM.
  • Provide forecasts on most likely sales revenues on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales and improve company branding and reputation.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
Requirements
  • A minimum of Diploma/Bachelor's education.
  • A valid UAE Driving license is a MUST.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals
  • Tactful, intelligent, and improvising skills to handle client's objections in any way.
  • Articulate and well versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients.
  • Aggressive follow up skills to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcome out of all sales interactions.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus (Arabic + English)
  • Competitive attitude with a hunger to always be on top.
  • Result orientated with problem solving skills to resolve challenges through creative and flexible options in line with the company's overall targets.
  • Prior experience working with the startups and new products.
Office Location: Ajman

Salary: 2500-5000 + Comission
