As a Deal Sourcer at STREE Real Estate, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and acquiring profitable real estate deals. You will use your network and market knowledge to find potential investment opportunities that align with our company's goals.
Responsibilities:

Actively source new property deals through networking, cold calling, and market research. Evaluate the potential of deals, including financial feasibility and market analysis. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and other sources of property deals. Negotiate purchase terms and assist in the acquisition process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate deal sourcing or a related field. Strong negotiation and networking skills. * Knowledge of the real estate market
