Job Description

As Tooling coordinator, you will Coordinate, animate, monitor and control all activities related to new tools under built, in collaboration with central Tooling engineers, and all activities of Tools transfer, while ensuring Tooling plant standards improvement .

Your Role Introduction of new programs to serial life : Define Tools Maintenance Plan while ensuring the application of quality standards Participate in new programs in the development of injection tools (Improve & share plant standards, criticism design specially in terms of maintainability of tools, etc...) Ensure Reporting to plant team progress and status of new tools under built Receive, validate & ensure sharing of tools technical documentation Coordinate, Plan and execute tools reception, Samples production, PPAP & Handover to serial life Ensure sharing Lessons learned with Tooling engineers team,

Maintainability & Improvement of process during serial life : Work closely with Tool room department to ensure an optimal and efficient results. Ensure critical tools routine analysis and resolution of critical tooling problems Participate in technical meeting with other departments. Lead implementation of Molding engineering changes Ensure compliance with APTIV Standards in term of H&S, and SPQVC Ensure smooth running of the various internal & external audits Maintain a cordial and positive attitude acc. Your Background Bac+5 Industrial/Mechanical engineering. Minimum 4 years experience Languages : French & English ; Good communication and listening skills, Ability to lead team ; Spirit of analysis and synthesis ; Availability & versality ;
