The Commis Chef is responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensuring courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service and operational standards. You will be also responsible for preparing food items offered and backups required and that all stations are clean. Additionally, you are responsible to prepare special meals or substitute items, making sure all employees follow the standards and recipes, Pulling food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator, and Ensuring proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
