Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk (DC) cum Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support by efficiently handling data entry tasks while also managing front desk operations. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry Clerk (DC) Duties: * Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.

  • Verify and correct discrepancies in records.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Generate reports from databases as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing digital and physical records.
Receptionist Duties: * Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general administrative tasks (photocopying, faxing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
