About the Role: WeaEUR(TM)re looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor whoaEUR(TM)s skilled in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere to join our team. YouaEUR(TM)ll be editing short-form video content, primarily filmed on phones, and adding British English captions . This role is perfect for someone at the beginning of their editing career whoaEUR(TM)s looking to build experience and grow their portfolio, have a genuine passion for storytelling and who thrives on delivering high-quality edits with quick turnaround times. Key Responsibilities: Edit short-form video clips filmed on smartphones using DaVinci Resolve (but also must have an understanding of Premiere) Add accurate British English captions and ensure correct spelling, grammar, and timing Collaborate on creative direction while maintaining brand consistency Work efficiently to meet tight turnaround times and deadlines Requirements: Proficient in DaVinci Resolve Strong grasp of video editing fundamentals: pacing, colour, audio levels, transitions etc. Experience with adding British English subtitles/captions Comfortable working with phone-shot footage Strong time management and organisational skills A passion for video editing and creative storytelling Bonus Points: Experience editing content for social media (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation (not essential) Seniority level
