Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Executive specializing in logistics and warehouse operations, you will ensure accurate and efficient data management. Your role involves maintaining data related to inventory, shipments, and 3PL (Third Party Logistics) processes, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data related to inventory, shipments, and client information in company systems. Conduct regular audits to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely and accurate data entry during receiving, storage, and dispatch. Manage data related to 3PL operations, including vendor info, service agreements, and performance metrics. Prepare and maintain reports on KPIs such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and shipping timelines. Support the implementation of new systems or process improvements for better data accuracy and efficiency. Ensure data entry complies with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.

Qualifications

:

Experience in data entry within logistics or warehouse settings; familiarity with 3PL operations. Proficient in data entry tools and Microsoft Excel for managing large datasets. Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect and fix errors quickly. Good organizational and time management skills in fast-paced environments. Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration. Knowledge of WMS and ERP software is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field preferred.
