Job Description
Missions : Overall responsibility of Intermediate level for technical support (Incident, Problem, Changes). Documenting / reviewing SOPs, upgrade drafts, and change reports. Perform Incident Management Including Service Request and Restoration for Intermediate / Low severity Tickets. Support Business Based on Organisation requirement. Practice of the English language and capacity to work in an international context (written and oral English essential) Profil recherché : Master's degree in Computer Science with at least 2 years experience Technical Skills / Professions: Accompanied /Execution level. o Database: .
