Data Scientist (m/f/x)


for our Dubai (UAE) office

Your Responsibilities:

o Ensuring data quality for AI training through cleaning and normalization, as well as creating relevant


features.


Integration of the developed AI models into existing IT systems and business processes so that they can be used in productive environments.


Improving models and algorithms to achieve better performance, e.g. by optimising runtime, memory requirements or prediction accuracy.


Continuous monitoring of AI models after deployment to ensure they are working as expected. Adaptation and retraining of models based on new data or changing requirements. Detailed documentation of the development process, including model architecture, algorithms used and parameters selected.


Close collaboration with AI developers, data engineers, IT teams and other departments to ensure that the AI solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document development processes.

Your Qualifications:

o Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.


Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to transform raw and unstructured data into usable formats, including cleaning up erroneous or incomplete datasets.


The ability to work with large, complex datasets and experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).


Competence in creating clear and insightful visualizations (e.g., with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) to communicate complex data effectively.


A deep understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, correlations, and distributions to derive sound conclusions from the data.


Proven expertise in Machine learning, NLP, and/or building LLM-based solutions. Experience in building and automating ML pipelines and deployment of models using Docker, Azure, and Kubernetes is a plus.


Strong knowledge in working with relational and non-relational databases, as well as proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data is a plus.


Experience in deploying and scaling machine learning models in production environments is a plus.
