Job Purpose

Builds predictive and prescriptive models using structured and unstructured data to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large volumes of data.

Develop statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems.

Communicate findings using visualizations and data storytelling.

Collaborate with business units to translate insights into actions.

Validate and monitor model performance over time.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Master's in Data Science, Ph.D. in Data Science is a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years

Key Competency Requirements

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries.

Knowledge of time-series, classification, regression, and clustering methods.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to structure ambiguous problems and apply data rigorously.

Familiarity with experimentation and causal inference.

Soft Skills:

Business acumen and curiosity.

Effective communication of technical insights to non-technical audiences.
