A leading retail group in the UAE is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to fill in an exciting and challenging General Manager role and drive the business growth of a rapidly expanding health and beauty retail chain within the GCC region. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE. As the General Manager, your role will include the following:

Develop and implement improved retail standards within the business Ensure that all business targets and objectives are reached Keep the business costs within the approved budgets Drive the achievement of all KPIs Ensure that all stores are offering the best product mix and are always up to operational standards Support the expansion of the brand within the GCC region, conduct feasibility studies on new projects and locations Keep updated of the latest market trends and competitors activities To qualify for the General Manager role, you must have the following skills and experience:
