Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in machine learning algorithms, model tuning, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data Lakehouses such as Databricks and Azure Fabric, and will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data models to solve complex business problems.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

Develop and Implement Models:

Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms. Perform data analysis and model tuning to improve accuracy and performance.

Data Management:

Work with large datasets and data Lakehouses, including Databricks and Azure Fabric.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Communication:

Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

Continuous Learning:

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.

Professional Certifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience
5-7 years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning and model tuning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data Lakehouses, particularly Databricks and/or Azure Fabric. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure. * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as SAC, or Power BI
