The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in data analysis, AI ethics consulting, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical problem-solver, who is passionate about building innovative, ethical, and secure solutions. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and advancement. Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis, develop statistical models, and extract insights from data using various analytical tools and methods
- Advise clients on ethical considerations related to AI development and implementation, including fairness, accountability, and transparency
- Develop and implement cybersecurity solutions to protect clients\' data and systems from potential threats
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement comprehensive solutions that meet clients\' needs, using the latest industry standards and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and research in data science, AI ethics, and cybersecurity, and share knowledge with the team and clients
- Develop and lead training sessions for clients and team members on best practices in data science, AI ethics, and cybersecurity
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Ethics, Philosophy, or Law)
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, AI ethics consulting, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++
- Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- Familiarity with ethical principles, frameworks, and guidelines related to AI and emerging technologies (e.g., IEEE, ACM, EU Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI)
- Experience in cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Passion for innovation, learning, and ethical practices in data science, AI, and cybersecurity
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
