Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To assist with Data Privacy Program and Implementation by co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders to fulfil regulatory requirements, in particular those of UAE' Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and related CBUAE Regulations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential
Experience of atleast around 1 year of Data Protection law implementations and not more than 3 years Completion of CIPPE/E from IAPP.org
Desirable
Degree in Law Ability to draft relevant data protection clauses in Legal agreements
Other requirements
Competent communicator strong in both verbally and written means of communication Ability to deeply listen and understand goals and challenges of stakeholders Problem solving skills Collaboration skills Needs to be able deliver impact and deliverables within specified timeframes
Job Context
Undertake implementation as per instructions of the Data Privacy Managers and the appointed Consulting Organizations, if any Fulfil legal requirement relating to Processors, Cross Border Data transfer, Register of Processing activities Define procedures and template and assist with the adoption of the same Co-ordinate with relevant Stakeholders to sustainably embed Data Privacy practices * Assist in the performance of Data Protetcion Impact Assessments
