Data Entry Technician -

and Qualifications

This position is responsible for performing the Data Entry and Document Management activities on NEOM projects and will report to the Site Material Controller/Planner. The Data Entry Technician main responsibility is to scan and upload all signed copies of the documents including corresponding attachment and provide support to the Material Controller/Planner to enter MRR and posting Material Issue Report in SMat®.

Principal Accountabilities

The Data Entry Technician is expected to:

Supports Material Controller/Planner on day-to-day material related activities. Enter MRR in SMat® in Receiving modules and Posting of Material Issue Report. Scanning and uploading of documents to EDMS or Shared folder for future reference. Filing of hard copy documents

Critical Competencies

Experience in performing Data Entry and/or Document Management. Strong organization and planning skills Desire to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A minimum of 2+ years' experience use of Material Management system in a construction site environment ideally Smart Materials® or other Material Management systems such as IPMS, MatMat, and others

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in any IT related courses, or 2+ years relevant experience in Data Entry/Document Management Working knowledge of Site Module of Material Management system in a construction site environment ideally Smart Materials® or other Material Management systems such as IPMS, MatMat, and others
