Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
Verify accuracy of data before input and correct any errors.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Generate reports and summaries as required.
Assist with scanning, filing, and organizing digital and physical records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.
