We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual for the position of

Quotations & Accounts (Data Entry)

. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and create professional quotations based on customer inquiries. Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to quotations, invoices, and financial transactions. Assist in maintaining and updating records of quotations, purchase orders, and accounts. Handle accounts-related tasks such as basic bookkeeping, reconciliation, and record-keeping. Communicate with clients and suppliers to gather required information for quotations. Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in handling accounts-related tasks. Familiarity with software like Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Sage 50, QuickBooks). Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Experience:

Previous experience in preparing quotations and accounts-related work is preferred. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
