We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team at a leading hypermarket in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will not only have strong data entry and Excel skills but also possess a basic understanding of finance and accounting principles, which is essential for handling report-based tasks and financial data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and Excel spreadsheets
Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports
Utilize Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Formulas for data analysis
Collaborate with the accounts and finance departments for data verification and reconciliation
Organize and maintain files, records, and supporting documentation
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions required)
Familiarity with basic finance/accounting concepts (e.g. invoicing, ledger entries, report formatting)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Good communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
