Job Description
Title : DATA ENTRY - NAVISION
Reporting to : BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER
Summary of Responsibilities
Data entry is responsible for accurate entering important information/data and keeping records up to date.
Duties and Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Assist the Business Support and Technical department for Bill of Materials
\xc2\xb7 Maintain and update database for all records like raw materials, resources, parts, and quantities.
\xc2\xb7 Update Navision Software by data entry without delay
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with different departments if needed or as required like production, projects, purchase and technical to have an on-time report.
\xc2\xb7 Do research and collect data, review data for errors or discrepancies and make a corrective solution.
\xc2\xb7 Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Qualifications & Profile:
\xc2\xb7 Vocational Courses Diploma in Business / Administration
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1-2years experience using NAVISION SOFTWARE
\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to be independent and self-motivated.
\xc2\xb7 Good working knowledge of MS Office.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent oral and written communication skills
\xc2\xb7 Attention to details
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work overtime, as needed.
Salary: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salary Package : Aed2000 (+ FREE Accommodation and Transportation) + Overtime, if any.
- or for those who are on Spouse or Family visa are welcome to apply (Salary of Aed2500-3000 all Inclusive) + Overtime, if any.
Salary: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- CAN READ AUTOCAD DRAWING OR LAYOUT ?
- Technical Data Collection and Entries: 1 year (Required)
