Data Entry Operator
to join our team in Dubai immediately.
Location: Jabal Ali Industrial Area
Please note this is a 6 days per week role ( including weekends).
6 Months Probation Period.
Preference will be give to candidates with their own UAE residency visa.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain organized records of all data, pictures, and documentation related to driver collections and waste segregation.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the data analysis and operational teams.
Monitor driver collections to ensure all relevant data is accurately captured.
Collect and enter data into Excel templates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Monitor and take pictures of segregation processes to ensure proper documentation.
Perform routine checks to ensure the integrity of equipment and report issues to the appropriate department.
Identify and report any damaged equipment or discrepancies in collection procedures.
Collaborate with the Data Analyst to ensure accurate reporting and support data-driven decision-making.
Assist in preparing reports using Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI (if required).
Ensure the confidentiality and security of the data collected.
Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in Office 365 tools mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Excellent speaking and writing English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
High typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively and interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Analytical skills for data interpretation and report generation.
