Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Data Entry Operator
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases, ensuring all records are complete, up-to-date, and error-free.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data from source documents into prescribed computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Respond to data inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
