The Role

Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing LLC, a leading name in industrial rubber belts, is currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: o Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems. o Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. o Verify and cross-check data from various sources for accuracy. o Generate basic reports as needed. o Coordinate with relevant departments for data clarification or correction.



Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (diploma/certificate in computer applications is a plus). o Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred but not mandatory). o Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage. o Strong typing speed with high accuracy. o Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. o Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with attention to detail. o Basic communication skills in English.
