The Data Entry Operator is responsible for working with the data entry team in the IIQAF organization. The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent data entry skills, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into the relevant software and databases.
Ensure the accuracy of all data entries by closely examining and verifying figures, numbers, and specific information.
Organize assignments and manage files following specified procedures.
Create and maintain detailed records documentations of data entry operations.
Effectively communicate with colleagues to ensure that data entry processes are completed smoothly.
Monitor and continuously review the effectiveness of data entry systems and procedures; suggest ways to improve them.
Requirements:
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite, and database applications.
Proven data entry experience with knowledge of standard software packages
Ability to conduct research when tasks require advanced skills.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
