Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks in the
SAP system
, including processing transactions, maintaining records, and updating relevant data.
Assist the Accounts and HR teams with routine data management and reporting activities.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation as required.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered and promptly resolve discrepancies.
Support other administrative tasks related to Accounts and HR functions as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of
2 years of hands-on experience
using SAP for data entry and related tasks.
Foundational knowledge or background in
Accounting or Finance
.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office
, especially
Excel
.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in English.
Visa & Employment Status:
Candidate will initially be employed under a
Work Permit

After successful completion of the
3-month probationary period
