We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented
Data Entry Operator
to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in
Microsoft Word
and
Excel (advanced level)
, with the ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets
Prepare reports using
Excel (advanced functions)
Format documents professionally using
Microsoft Word
Verify data accuracy and correct any inconsistencies
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Coordinate with different departments when needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar position
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, etc.)
Strong skills in Microsoft Word
(formatting, templates, tables)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Can join immediately (preferred)
