Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Assist in preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Perform routine data backup and document filing tasks
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and Word
is essential
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Good typing speed and basic computer skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
