We are looking for a qualified experienced candidate to join our team , the applicant is required to be knowledgeable enough to interact with all patients inquires

Requirements: Experience: minimum 2 years in medical center front desk .

Fluent English

Medical/ Healthcare Experience. Familiar with insurance procedures in Dubai and able to handle bookings, confirmations and insurance approvals.

Microsoft office experience, Quick learner for clinic software.

Role Responsibilities: Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information. Maintaining effective accurate communication with clients for bookings, confirming pricing, explaining procedures, accounting . Perform any other related duties and/or assignments as directed by management . To deal patiently and appropriately with complaints when necessary. To participate in improving initiatives within the Department.To assess risk, report incidents and to participate in Risk Management processes. To follow system-based practices, through the understanding of the contexts and systems in which healthcare is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
