• Accurately and efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording
• Confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation
• Adhere to and meet set schedules and deadlines
• Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records
• Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance with (sending emails, answering phones, etc.)
• Supervise cutting line.
• Schedule cutting as per the delivery deadlines.
• Ensure the orders are being cut as per specifications.
• Close production orders on SAP.
• Report any major errors or inconsistencies to immediate supervisor.
• Inspect items according to Quality Check List:

Coordinate & report to line manager about status of daily production and machines. Follow production plan and meet delivery schedule. Plan for blocks cutting in effective way so that scrap and cut pieces would be reduced to the minimum level. Prioritize the utilization of cut pieces and top sheets in new orders over using new blocks. Improve cutting processes to get more productivity with least cost, time, scrap, and resources. Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility. Test and monitor plant process and adhere to recommended safety requirements. Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines Control cutting cost to achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s assigned targets. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program in coordination with Maintenance manager Review daily production plans and ensure that the estimated cost tie in within the budget and production target has been achieved Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and to ensure that they are followed. Improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings. Investigate operational problems affecting production, reporting, and recommending solutions and conduct root cause analysis. Manage manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing. Provide manufacturing data i.e., production reports analyzing, machines capabilities, to improve manufacturing process and measure progress to target. Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations \xe2\x80\x93 i.e. new process equipment, equipment justification to improve performance. Improve the production efficiency and introducing efficient production methods. Support and lead continuous improvement by performing production line posture analysis, daily reports. Manage the workers according to the production shift schedule and working machines. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. Evaluate each station of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency. Enforce all safety policies on the production floor. Create and overseeing employee training to increase production, enhance safe operations and ensure profitability. Inspect products for quality and accuracy prior to delivery. Maintain communication between management and employees to ensure that necessary policies are understood and followed. Ensure that the flow of resources like raw materials is maintained and that production items are delivered as needed and used properly and efficiently. Qualifications

• Good English communication Skills.
• Good Excel and Microsoft knowledge.
• SAP or any other ERP system knowledge is preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as data entry
• 2 years Diploma or High school
