. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and managing accurate and high-quality data related to beauty clinics, treatments, and professionals on our platform.
This role requires attention to detail, basic knowledge of beauty industry services, and the ability to work efficiently with online tools or spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and enter clinic information into the platform (name, location, services, pricing, etc.)
Upload high-quality images and clinic logos
Maintain up-to-date records for clinic services, team members, and availability
Ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and well-formatted
Coordinate with the sales or onboarding team to receive and verify clinic details
Tag and categorize treatments for easier search and discovery
Monitor and correct errors or incomplete entries as needed
Follow formatting and branding guidelines for all content
Required Qualifications:
Female candidate, preferably with a passion for the beauty or wellness industry
High school diploma or higher
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written English (other language skills are a bonus)
Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and online forms
Basic understanding of beauty treatments and services (e.g., facials, laser, fillers) is a plus
