Responsibilities:Follow up with team members and collect information on stakeholder relationship management activitiesAdd, delete, and update stakeholder accounts on Client customer relationship management systemConduct data cleansing activities on Client CRM data baseRun automated reports on customer relationship management system when requestedProvide clarifications on the reports generated customer relationship management systemIncrease the awareness levels of internal stakeholders on customer relationship management systemsCollect inquiries from team members and other stakeholders on customer relationship management system and provide on-the-ground supportCommunicate with customer relationship management system software implementation teams during system updates/ enhancementsCoordinate with Client IT teams to resolve any system related issuesRequired SkillsDiploma in a related field0-3 Years of relevant experience
