We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering and updating data into our databases with speed and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data from source documents into internal systems
Review and verify data for errors and inconsistencies
Maintain and update database records as required
Assist in compiling, sorting, and organizing information
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with privacy policies
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Prior experience in data entry or clerical roles is a plus

Problem-solving
Basic knowledge of office tools (scanner, printer, etc.)
